Essential Oil Mood Therapy

Essential oils can help alter your mood.  The blends can be used in vaporizers and oil burners, added to baths, or mixed in carrier oils as massage blends and applied to the body.  Here are some quick combinations to try:
  • Balancing Blend
  • 4 drops geranium, 3 drops neroli, 2 drops rose
  • Calming Blend
  • 4 drops Roman chamomile, 4 drops rose
  • Euphoric Blend
  • 3 drops lavender, 2 drops orange, 3 drops clary sage, 2 drops ylang-ylang
  • Grounding Blend
  • 3 drops bergamot, 2 drops atlas cedar, 4 drops lavender, 3 drops sandalwood
  • Pampering Blend
  • 3 drops rose, 3 drops neroli, 3 drops lavender
  • Reviving Blend
  • 2 drops lemon, 2 drops peppermint, 2 drops pine, 3 drops rose
  • Uplifting Blend
  • 4 drops bergamot, 3 drops clary sage, 4 drops ylang-ylang
