Learn to Sense Electromagnetic Energy

You can do this energy exercise with your eyes open; but the first time you try this, you might want to remember the sequence and try the exercise with your eyes closed to help focus your attention.
  • Wash your hands and take off any rings, bracelets and watch
  • Roll up your sleeves and sit in a comfortable chair
  • Rest your hands in your lap, slightly apart, palms facing upward
  • Completely relax your hands and focus your attention on the palms and your fingertips
  • You might feel tingling or a sense of heat
  • Spend a few minutes feeling whatever sensation your palms and fingertips are producing
  • Raise both hands to waist level and turn the palms to face each other
  • Curve the palms as if you are holding a very soft ball about the size of a soccer ball between them
  • Bounce your palms toward each other and feel the sensation of energy flowing between your palms
  • After you have done this a few minutes, expand the size of the ball to beach-ball size
  • The energy might feel a bit weaker but the connection will still be there
  • Bring your palms close together and shrink the size of the ball to about the size of a tennis ball
  • Continue to bounce the energy between your palms
  • The energy will most likely feel more intense
  • You will now anchor this feeling of having your hands sensitized by taking an imaginary body photograph
  • While you take the body photo, anchor the feeling by clenching and unclenching one of the hands.
  • Do this several times so that you have connected your sensitized hands with the clenching of your hand
  • Disengage your hands by turning your palms upward and relaxing them in your lap.
For the second part of this exercise, if you have a person, an animal or living plant, you can practice sensing electromagnetic energies.
  • Sensitize your hands by doing the linking signal you used earlier
  • If you have a person to work with, ask them to hold their hands up at arms length in front of them with the palms facing toward you.
  • Using one or both of your hands, feel the energy coming out of the palms of your subject
  • Register at what distance you begin to feel their energy
  • If you have a cat, try stroking it from head to tail about six inches away from the fur, following the contours of the body
  • If you do a few stroking motions like this, most cats will respond by arching their backs as they do when physically stroked.
