Auric Bath Clean Weak Aura

We are often flooded with unwanted negative messages from many different directions in our daily lives.  Regular meditation and prayer can help to cleanse our aura of these negative influences, but there may be times when an all-over auric cleansing is beneficial.  If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, try an auric cleansing bath or shower.  (Note: always consult a medical professional for any emotional or physical issue.)
If you:
  • Act out of character with big changes in behavior
  • Have lapses of memory
  • Have an unexplainable sense of fatigue and feel drained
  • Frequent nightmares
  • A string of bad luck or bizarre accidents
  • Negative or obsessive thoughts
  • Sudden aches, pains or minor illnesses
  • Dramatic loss of self-confidence
  • Sudden emotional swings
Try the following Auric Bath or Shower:
Note: you can also use the auric bath or shower any time you want to be squeaky-clean!
  • Add two cups baking soda and one cup salt to a warm bath.
  • If you do not want to take a bath, you can achieve the same restorative effects by putting a mixture of baking soda and salt in a plastic bowl or glass and showering with it.  Be sure to rub the powdery mix over every part of your body while in the shower.
  • When you emerge from the bath or shower, get a fresh glass of drinking water and intend that it be charged with cleansing energy, which will detoxify you internally.
  • Holding the glass in both hands, say, "Healing water, thank you for attracting and removing all toxins that reside within me."
  • Drink the glass of water.
  • Visualize a grounding cord to the center of the earth.  Visualize this cord carrying away all extraneous negative energy.
  • Visualize your aura completely clean.
  • In every place that you sense a gap in your energy field, wave your arms upward to "fluff" and in figure eights to "weave" your energy field into one unified, healthy whole aura.
