You can use crystals to balance your internal energies and to harmonize the energies in your surroundings. By placing crystals on your chakras with intention, you can help clear blockages in your energy pathways and bring your internal energies into harmonious alignment. To strengthen the qualities listed in the following chart, place the crystal on the chakra and leave it in place for 20 minutes while you relax quietly.
- Root Chakra: spiritual qualities of steadiness, right livelihood, confidence. Red jasper brings psychic protection and personal empowerment.
- Sacral Chakra: spiritual qualities of going with the flow, good balance, abundance, joy. Fire opal awakens inner fire and encourages the growth of personal energy.
