Mirror Exercise to Clean Aura

Mirrors are believed to absorb information from the environment, both positive and negative energy.  When doing an exercise using a mirror, be sure the mirror is clean, not tarnished nor cracked.  The following exercise helps clean the aura and lighten up and feed the astral body.  It is best if this meditation can be repeated over two days, if possible at 1 p.m.
  • Move towards the mirror and stop when you are about 1 foot away from the mirror.
  • Look directly into the mirror, as far as possible without blinking.  
  • Look into your eyes, deep inside them.
  • Keep positive thoughts in your head or simply repeat your name over and over.
  • You can also listen to your favorite music that has a positive impact on you.
  • Do this exercise for 10 minutes.
