How to See Your Psychic Energy Field
It is possible to learn to see your energy level, but interpreting what is seen tends to be a more difficult task because the interpretation involves the intuitive and metaphysical aspects of the human condition. The psychic energy field can be seen intuitively or objectively. Each method is effective as long as what is seen is interpreted correctly.
When using the intuitive method, the psychic energy field is viewed within your mind's eye rather than through the physical eyes. It is important to learn to relax and visualize the individual within your mind while asking your intuitive self about this internal energy field. These intuitive perceptions of the psychic energy are often easier to observe in others than in yourself because it is easy to delude yourself and picture what you want to see rather than what is actually there. For a confirmation of your
intuitive observation, the use of a dowsing rod or pendulum can be helpful in confirming your perceptions.
Physical perception provides a more tangible awareness of the subtle energy field. You can train your eyes to take in and translate more of the light spectrum. Here is an exercise to help get in touch with your ability to see psychic energy.
- Lie in an open area of grass on a warm, cloudless day
- Look at the distant trees
- Let your eyes run from the base of the trees to the top
- Gaze at the line the tree tops make against the blue sky. Just relax and don't force your gaze.
- Try to take in as much of the sky as you can. Relax into a soft focus of the eyes, like a daydream look of staring off into nothingness.
- As you do this, you will become aware of a soft haze that follows the outline of the tree tops against the blue sky, it will be a lighter color than the blue of the sky.
- This is easiest in the spring when the sap and life force of trees are activated and new growth and energy surge from the roots to the top branches.
