Through meditation on symbols and geometric shapes, one can achieve states of expanded consciousness. Following are symbols and shapes attributed with stimulating states of expanded consciousness:
- Triangle: Symbolizes unity of mind/body/spirit
- Circle: Symbolizes completion, resolution, unity
- Six-Pointed Star: Symbolizes elements of Divine Truth, the union of mortal consciousness with the evolved soul
- Five-Pointed Star: Symbolizes the elements of earth, air, fire, water and the ability of the conscious mind to direct the activities of these elemental forces; also symbolizes the doorway to Universal expansion of consciousness
Ankh (Key of Life): Symbolizes the immortality of the soul
