Keep Chi From Flowing Out Back Door

Chi tends to flow through a hallway that cuts through the house from the front entry to the back door.  This flow hinders Chi's ability to nourish the home.  Here are some Feng Shui treatments you can try to slow down and re-direct the flow of chi to other areas of the house.
  • Place a carpet or runner with a pattern that runs across the width of the hallway.
  • Hang a faceted crystal ball, crystal chandelier or wind chime halfway down the hallway.
  • Hang a faceted crystal ball outside the doorway to each room that opens off the corridor.
  • Place a round table in the center of the foyer if there's enough room for the table.
  • As you place your cures, focus on preventing chi from flowing out the back door before it has had time to nourish your home.
  • When you have completed your treatment, make a statement to support your intention.  For instance, All areas of my home are now well-nourished and have an ongoing abundant flow of chi.
  • Stand in your hallway for a few moments and visualize the specific movement of chi you hope to have going through your home.
