Building a Memory Bridge Meditation

Often, during meditation we will receive information, messages or visions but will not be able to remember them or we start judging them right away; which pulls the energy out of the moment and the information disappears.  Here's a meditation to practice that will help retain the memory of information received during your meditation.  The more you practice this meditation, the easier it gets to know your bridge from higher consciousness to human consciousness.  It is best if you read all of the directions first so you do not break your concentration.  You could also ask someone to guide you in this meditation.
  1. Open and relax your brain area.  Breathe into your entire head and relax the area. Feel as though you are letting loose of the thinking process.
  2. Focus on the higher spiritual level you readily reach through some of your regular meditations.
  3. Ask a question in the area of the higher spiritual level.  Be open to whatever message emerges.
  4. When you receive a message or see a vision, feel it in your body.  While you hold the information in your body, review it in order to strengthen the memory.  The body acts as a transformer so the brain can comprehend and retain memories because the body is usually not as restricted as the brain.
  5. Write the information down and review it again.  This is the time to ponder and judge any visions or messages, especially in terms of how you can make them work in your life.
One day you will notice this is an automatic process and your bridge from higher consciousness to human consciousness will be completed.
