The golden eagle meditation helps achieve expanded states of consciousness. The Golden Eagle is a Native American symbol that is a spirit-keeper capable of transmuting hostile, discordant energy systems that afflict mortal man. Here are the steps to follow for the Golden Eagle meditation.
- Begin by focusing, balancing and grounding your energies by repeating the phrase "Attune, Balance, Integrate, Ground"
- Offer a Statement of Allegiance:
- Almighty (name of your Higher Power), Great Spirit of Light, By the Spirit of (your Higher Power), in Thee do I trust. Protect me, Father; Guide me, Father, Strengthen me, Father; Cleanse me, Father, Heal me, Father. Fill me with the Light of They Presence, Father. Surround me, Father, with Archangel Michael in the East, Archangel Gabriel in the West, Archangel Raphael in the North, Archangel Uriel in the South,and grant me communion, Father, with Thy Legion of Light. Almighty (name of your Higher Power), Great Spirit of Light, By the Spirit of (your Higher Power), in Thee do I trust.
- Close your eyes and initiate a rhythmic breathing sequence.
- Relax and with your eyes closed, look upward through your third eye chakra.
- Visualize a golden triangle at your third eye chakra.
- See the golden triangle at your third eye chakra and allow your consciousness to pass through this golden portal to Galactic Truth and Transformation.
- Visualize a golden triangle at your third eye center and allow your consciousness to pass through this golden portal and you will find Golden Eagle awaiting you on the other side.
- Allow yourself to join with the spirit of Golden Eagle. Take wings and fly with Golden Eagle toward the face of the Universal Sun and watch as your fears and anxieties, tensions and stresses, emotional wounds and conflicts are Cleansed and Blessed by the Golden/White Light Rays of The Sun.
- Allow yourself to be freed from all discordant memories and counterproductive energies.
- Allow yourself to fly with Golden Eagle and experience the rites of Purification in the Light of One.
