Acupressure Points to Balance Emotions

When you could use a bit of emotional balance, try these easy acupressure exercises.
Third Eye Point (Located between the eyebrows in the indentation where the bridge of the nose joins the forehead.)
This point relieves pain, headaches, dizziness, emotional instability, irritability and confusion.
Sit with your spine straight, eyes closed and chin tilted down slightly.
Bring your palms together and use your middle finger and index fingertips to lightly touch the Third Eye point.
Take long, slow, deep breaths for one minute as you visualize yourself in a place that makes you feel calm, rested and safe, where you trust yourself to follow whatever steps you need to take to heal yourself.
Inner Gate Point (Located three finger-widths up the forearm from the center of the inner wrist crease.)
This point relieves nervousness, shock, trauma, nausea, insomnia, palpitations, wrist pain, calms emotional upset and balances your inner world.
Place your right thumb on the Inner Gate point.  Position your fingertips on the outside of the forearm directly behind your thumb (like clasping the arm with your hand) and grasp firmly for one minute as you breathe deeply.
Switch wrists and repeat.
Outer Gate (Located three finger-widths above the outer wrist crease, between the two forearm bones.)
This point relieves pain in the shoulder and wrist, boosts the immune system and helps harmonize relationships.
Position your fingertips on the Outer Gate point.
Firmly grasp for one minute as you breathe deeply, then switch wrists and hold for another minute.
