Six Steps to Attract What You Desire
Attracting what you desire has always been within your grasp. However, you may have been sabotaging yourself when going about reaching your goal. It is helpful to feel relaxed and energized while focusing your attention on how grateful and confident you are that what you desire is on its way to you right now. Sounds too easy, but here are some steps to help you materialize your new reality.

- Start by energizing your dreams instead of fantasies. Fantasies are imaginative daydreams that may feel exciting and stimulating to think about but would not be enjoyable to live through in real life. Dreams are your visions of what you would actually like your life to be like, which includes something good for all concerned. Be responsible for the thoughts you invest the most emotional energy in. A good way to tell a fantasy from a dream is that a fantasy typically involves you playing a controlling role in the world, while a dream allows others to have freedom of choice. If you sense any feelings of deep dissatisfaction in your life, you can request to receive a dream that will provide you with guidance for what you are meant to be, do, and experience.
- The next step is to get out of your own way. Often, we get stuck somehow when trying to live up to our highest potential. Every judgmental and negative thought you keep is an active force that seeks similar companions and collectively these thoughts repel all differently tuned energies. When you notice negative self-talk, consider the feeling behind the thought and flip to positive statements instead. It is easier to feel enthusiastic about life when living in the present moment, free from worries, doubts and fears about the future and shame, resentment and anger about the past.
- Listen to your chakras by training your energy body to work in conjunction with your conscious ego and your higher self. This allows you to desire something with your whole being so that you can then relax and expect it to come to you. To obtain your desire, no part of you can be at odds with that desire. To unify the subconscious, ego and higher self it is necessary to align each of your energy centers, or chakras so that you are united in your desire for an expected outcome that is longed for by every part of yourself. Meditation and prayer can help you in aligning your chakras toward a common goal.
- Next, expect what you most desire. The art of attracting what you desire begins with the removal of all doubt that could appear in the guise of your mind's way of pointing the odds not being in your favor. Recognize that this inner voice has nothing constructive to say. Ignore it and let it go.
- Learn to appreciate every moment and everyday signs that your dream is already starting to come true while continuing to make that happen. Feel rich with what you already possess and appreciate your efforts to take positive steps on your behalf. Pat yourself on the back at every opportunity. Your goal is to achieve an emotional state of resonance that attracts success. Remember that your emotions are the keys that unlock the doors to memories from the past and dreams of possible futures. Make a daily list of "ten things I love" to keep you confident, energized, and in a relaxed state to attract which you most desire.
- Finally, do something nice for someone. Every time you offer help to someone without expecting anything in return, you allow your subconscious to feel more worthy of receiving help. You have a chance to "think with your heart." The more good you do for others, the better your overall attitude and disposition will tend to be. When you brighten someone's day, you become more radiant.
