Fast Aura Meditation
This is a quick and easy meditation you can use whenever you do not have a private place or time to meditate, but want to calm yourself and enhance your aura quickly. It can also be done while riding on public transportation, standing in line or even lying in bed.
- Start by grounding yourself. Imagine an auric cord of energy running down the core of the earth from your root chakra at the base of your spine.
- Let all your worries and resentments drop away.
- Feel your crown chakra at the top of your head open to receive love, divine inspiration and guidance from your Higher Power.
- Sway the body gently as you visualize all your chakras aligning with one another and your divine purpose.
- Softly roll your head.
- Shrug your shoulders.
- Lift and gently roll your left then your right shoulder.
- Visualize each chakra shining brightly as it opens to receive healing energy from the sky above and the earth below.
- Inhale deeply, breathing in love and appreciation for who you are.
- Exhale deeply, releasing everything inside you that is not part of you and your energy.
