Meditation to Create Personal Space

When you feel overwhelmed by the energy of other people and you do not have enough personal space, you can balance the energies by filling your own body with the vibration of space.  Alternatively, you might feel that you are not connecting enough with others.  In this instance, you might find that you have so much space inside yourself that it is difficult to feel any connections outside yourself.  You can use the following meditation to re balance your sense of personal space:
(1) Ask the vibration of space to fill your body.  Generally, you will have a sense of fullness, completeness and peace.
(2) Exaggerate the feeling of space within you and let yourself feel arrogant.
(3) After experiencing this emotion for a few minutes, let it go. (This is to show you what not to do!)  The reason you want to experience then release arrogance is because when a person has an exaggerated sense of space and feels arrogant, it can bring anger out in others who may want to put that person down or burst their bubble.  This is counter to what you are wanting to accomplish with expanding your sense of personal space.
(4) Ask the vibration of space to balance you inside and outside your body.  With balance, you will be aware of yourself and others at the same time but not feel crowded by others.
