Aura Guardians

In the realms of energy and imagination, you can have any type of guardians you choose.  Here is an exercise to help you acquaint yourself with your personal energy guardians.
(1) Find a quiet place where you can be uninterrupted for 20 minutes.
(2) Close your eyes and imagine what you would most like to have alongside your energy field.  This guardian will meet and greet the world for you.
(3) Keep your eyes shut and patiently wait until you imagine something you would be happy to have as a guardian.  This could be a person familiar to you, or someone or something entirely new to you.  Your guardian could be a plant, an animal, a crystal, or anything else.
(4) Open your eyes and stretch your arms out in front of you.
(5) Imagine that just past the ends of your fingertips, your guardian is now standing.
(6) Welcome it into your energy field and thank it for being with you.
(7) Ground yourself and your guardian by visualizing energy cords running deep down into the earth.  These cords carry away all unnecessary and unwanted energies.
(8) Feel yourself and your guardian surrounded by a golden white light beaming down from above.
