Healthy Feeling Habits

If you want to develop your ability to sense the world consciously, spend some time developing these healthy feeling habits to adjust your energy frequency:
(1) Allow yourself to feel, think and act without self-judgment or self-sacrifice.
(2) Have an inner sense of ethics and harmony.
(3) Allow others to feel, think, and act without self-judgment or self-sacrifice.
(4) Consciously notice the energy frequencies of other people, places and situations without lowering your energy frequencies to match them.
(5) Merge your energy frequency with other people, places and situations intentionally to activate new knowledge and ideas, then come back to yourself and determine how or if, you want to implement the information.
(6) Keep your awareness open and in the present moment.
(7) Be receptive to subtle signals that come from your body.  By remaining centered and alert you have no need to separate yourself from the world or defend yourself from the world.  You simply adjust your energy frequency to the vibration of that which most nourishes or entertains you in any given moment.
(8) Withdraw inside yourself, not to escape from feeling something, but to see what feels right for you in each situation and to find your own ideas.
(9) Trust and enjoy yourself so there is no need to impress others.
(10) Allow yourself to experience the full range of sensations, from the most contracted to the most expanded, knowing this is what life is all about.
(11) Life and the mind naturally oscillate, so allow yourself and others to have polarities.
(12) Know your experience is up to you and the choices you make.  By adjusting the energy frequencies you run in your body, emotions and thoughts; you can change your reality and create or dissolve the issues of your life.
(13)Engage with life fully and with discovery and creativity.  Accept that you and the world are made of many dimensions and frequencies of awareness and you have access to all of them.  Source: Frequency by Penney Peirce.
