Move Things Around
If you are feeling "stuck" in some area of your life, then move nine things that have been sitting in the same spot for at least six months. When your stuff sits in one place without being used for a long time, the old chi (energy) around it tends to just with there. If you have a lot of stuff, aim to move 27 things that have been sitting in the same spot for months. Be thoughtful about where you move things to; if it is clutter, move it out of your environment instead of somewhere else in the house. Even if you keep all the things you move, the simple act of rearranging them will help get the chi moving. As you rearrange things, remember to clean up and dust the area. As you move things, focus on getting the energy moving in that area and in the related aspects of your life. After you are done, make a statement to support your intention, such as "By moving these things, I encourage movement and energy to transform my "(whatever part of your life you feel "stuck" in.) Take a moment to visualize stale, sluggish chi being loosened up and releasing its hold on your space. Think about a specific outcome you desire, and imagine it as if it has already happened.
