Six Acupressure Points for an Energy Boost

Here are some quick acupressure points you can press when you need a bit of energy.   Note: See your medical professional for any health issues.
(1) On the outer front part of the chest, four finger widths up from the armpit crease and one finger width inward.  This point also helps relieve difficult breathing, fatigue, emotional repression and coughing.
(2) On the highest part of the shoulder muscle, one to two inches from the side of the lower neck (caution: if pregnant, press this point lightly).  This point also helps relieve anxiety, irritability, fatigue, shoulder tension, poor circulation and headaches.
(3) Just below the base of the skull, in the hollow between the two large neck muscles, two to three inches apart depending on the size of your head.  This point also helps relieve headaches, dizziness, stiff neck, hypertension, eyestrain and irritability.
(4) Two and one-half finger widths up the arm from the center of the inner wrist crease, midway between the two forearm bones.  This helps relieve indigestion, nausea, nervousness and wrist pain.
(5) Two and one-half finger widths above the outer wrist crease, between the two forearm bones.  This point also helps relieve tendonitis, shoulder pain and increases resistance to colds and flu.
(6) In the lower back two and four finger widths away from the spine at waist level, press lightly with your fingers or knuckles of your closed fist.  This point also helps relieve muscle weakness, fatigue, irritability and dizziness.  Source: Acupressure's Potent Points by Michael Reed Gach.
