If the bathroom or closet door is right next to or opposite the entrance door, a considerable amount of energy will escape, producing an energy vacuum in the home.  As a remedy, place a small mirror at eye level on the outside of the doors leading to these rooms.  They will guide or reflect the flow of chi  (energy) and thereby prevent the loss of energy.  Ordinary mirrors will do, but a door sign with a reflective surface or golden sun symbol also are effective.  Source: Feng Shui Symbols by Christine M.
