Compressing Time
This visualization technique comes in handy when you want to get where you are going very fast. Wherever you are, shut your eyes, empty your mind, focus on your breathing. When you are calm and centered, imagine your trip as a giant beach ball. Make the ball a vivid color (for example, red, purple, gold.) See the ball bounce across the sky or road or train track (however you are traveling.) As you watch it bounce, make it shrink. Keep shrinking the bouncing ball until it is hardly any larger than an ant. Keep focusing on that little shape and make it so small that it vanishes altogether.
