Allergies and Aromatherapy

If you have allergies, you might want to try using these oils for some relief:
 (Note: always consult your medical professional)
Eucalyptus, lavender, patchouly, peppermint, raven
Apply to the sinus area, bottoms of the feet or use in a diffuser.
Here's another tip:  Apply 1 drop of peppermint on the base of the neck twice daily.  Tap the thymus (located just below the notch in the neck) with your index and middle fingers.)
Rashes: Apply 3 drops lavender, 6 drops Roman chamomile, 2 drops myrrh and 1 drop peppermint to the location.
