Using Essential Oils for Wrinkles and Weight

Here are some quick ideas to help smooth out your wrinkles and "extra weight" issues:
Wrinkles:  Clary sage, fennel, frankincense, geranium, lavender, lemon, myrrh, orange, oregano, patchouli, rose, rosemary, sandalwood and thyme are all helpful in smoothing out wrinkles.  Try these blends:  combine 3 drops lavender, 4 drops geranium, 2 drops patchouli, 6 drops rosewood and 1 oz pure vegetable oil.  Rub on wrinkles.....  or.... Mix 1 drop frankincense, 1 drop lavender and 1 drop lemon.  It's like magic for wrinkles.  Rub on morning and night.
And if you want to help emulsify fat, try this combination: combine 4 drops lavender, 4 drops basil, 3 drops juniper, 8 drops grapefruit, 5 drops cypress, mix and apply to feet, on location, as a body massage, or use in your bath.  Source: Aromatherapy A-Z by Connie and Alan Higley and Pat Leatham.
