Essential Oils Ease Aging Process
Facial oils soothe and nourish the delicate skin of the face. They also help seal the skin by helping it retain moisture and provide a measure of protection from surface contaminants. To apply facial oils, gently massage the face with the palms of the hands.
A nice blend to use for aging skin:
1 teaspoon (5 ml) sage essential oil
1 teaspoon (5 ml) rose geranium essential oil
1 teaspoon (5 ml) lavender essential oil
1 teaspoon (5 ml) rosemary "borneol" essential oil
Combine the ingredients in a small dark glass bottle, shake to mix. After cleansing and toning your face, place a few drops of the combined oils in the palms of your hands and massage lightly over your entire face.
For thigh flab try the following:
1-1/3 ounces (40 ml) almond oil
4 teaspoons (20 ml) jojoba oil
10 drops carrot essential oil
12 drops cypress essential oil
10 drops juniper essential oil
20 drops lavender essential oil
Blend the almond and jojoba oils in a 4 ounce (120 ml) dark glass bottle. Add the essential oils and shake to mix.
Begin with a dry friction massage by scrubbing the flabby area briskly with a loofah or body brush. Follow up by massaging this blend of oils into the warmed and invigorated skin.
Corn and Callus Treatment:
4 drops benzoin essential oil
12 drops lavender essential oil
6 drops myrrh essential oil
2 ounces (60 ml) almond oil
Combine all ingredients in a 2 ounce (60 ml) dark glass bottle, cover and shake to mix.
