How to Find Your Feng Shui Element

A fundamental part of feng shui is the five Element Theory.  This suggests that everything in the universe is formed by a combination of five basic components - water, fire, wood, earth, and metal.  The uniqueness of everything depends on the proportions of these five elements - and that includes us.  Depending on the year in which you were born, a specific element most closely represents you.  Here's a chart to determine your element:
Last number in birth year         yin/yang            element
0                                                    yang                  metal
1                                                    yin                     metal
2                                                    yang                  water
3                                                    yin                     water
4                                                    yang                  wood
5                                                    yin                     wood
6                                                    yang                  fire
7                                                    yin                     fire
8                                                    yang                  earth
9                                                    yin                     earth
