Finding Peace in Your Day
We have any number of obligations that make our days hectic. However, it is possible to find a sense of peace and self-centering by creating a sacred space. You can create a sacred space outdoors or indoors. We will focus on creating a sacred space indoors. A sacred space is a special place to retreat to as a buffer from the bustle of the world. It is a place to reconnect to your spiritual side. It is a point where universal energy can enter your home and help to energize and refresh you. Get the most out of your sacred space by spending ten minutes there every morning and every night before you go to bed. (1) Choose a quiet, undisturbed area of your home. A small unused room is ideal, but you can use a corner of your bedroom instead. (2) Make a circle of stones or pebbles and inside this circle, place a triangle of three crystals of your choice. Inside the triangle, you can add more stones if your intuition directs you to do so. (3) If you have an indoor fountain, incorporate this and place small rough crystals or pebbles in the base of the fountain....you can also use a bowl of fresh spring water instead of the fountain. (4) You can also incorporate plants, candles, and photographs of people you care about - let your intuition guide you. When you feel you've completed your collection, spend quite time regularly with this sacred space as it will become a source of spiritual energy for you.
