Anger

If you find yourself getting a bit hot under the collar, here's a quick tip to cool down....
Common symptoms of repressed anger are shoulder tension, grinding of the teeth, neck tension and headaches, exhaustion, heart disease or stroke, insomnia, high blood pressure and digestive problems.  Here's a quick tip to help manage anger.  Hold the middle finger of either hand and make a long aaaaaah sound while exploring your feelings...do this for approximately two minutes.  If you are in a public place, just hold the middle finger and exhale slowly through your mouth instead of making the aaaaah sound.  Continue holding your finger and exhaling deeply for two minutes.  Source: Acupressure for Emotional Healing by Michael Reed Gach, PhD and Beth Ann Henning, Dipl., A.B.T.
