Job Sharing

As the economy slows and unemployment rises, us older folks are really in a vulnerable spot.   Employers will be looking for ways to replace us with less wrinkled smiling faces fresh out of school and ready to make their mark.  Meanwhile, we're wanting to make some changes by reducing the number of hours we work or perhaps change the type of work we do.  It seems as if a recruiting firm could develop a nice niche by focusing on older workers willing to share a job. Of course, this would require a certain amount of flexibility on the part of everyone involved.....that is if us old coots are willing to flex!
